Use Cognates! Many of these ELA terms are cognates - words that look and sound similar in English and Spanish. Words like "theme/tema," "perspective/perspectiva," "characterization/caracterizacion," and "evidence/evidencia" share Latin roots. When you see a new English word, think about whether it sounds like a Spanish word you already know!
